Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping

Deliveries are only made to physical addresses within South Africa. All orders are delivered using door-to-door courier and we charge a flat fee of R 89 and for orders over R500 we offer free delivery.

Orders within major cities will be delivered within 2 - 4 working days. Outlying towns and regional areas can take up to 7 working days.

For special purchases such as out of stock products or requests to source specific products you may contact us at info@whizkid.co.za to enquire if we could be of assistance. Additional shipping times will apply.

Please ensure that the address and contact numbers that you provided to us are accurate in order to avoid any unnecessary delays. We will communicate any delays beyond our control such as courier vehicle accidents, hijacking, extreme weather resulting in delays etc. BUT we will not be held liable for such events.

Returns/ Exchange

Our warranty policy is 30 days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused / not damaged and in the same condition that you received it (do not remove labels) and in the original packaging.

If the item is within the warranty period then we will arrange the courier to come and collect so that we can check the issue and send a replacement. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase/ receipt.

Exchanges (If applicable)

If you want to exchange an item please contact us at info@whizkid.co.za. We will arrange collection of the item and make the necessary arrangements for the exchange. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange if the warranty period has passed since your purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you decide that you no longer want the item then please note that we can only issue a refund if the packaging is unopened and the item is unused. We will refund the full amount of the costs of the item only, all costs incurred in sending goods to you will not be refunded. Please understand that we will ask of you to cover the cost of the courier back to us. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you on the status of your refund after assessing its condition.

Please note: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If your return is approved, we will process the refund back to you using the same payment method which was used for the order. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer`s policies. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take 14 days to reflect back in your account.
